• Participate in forums and discussions
• View tournament information, results, and leaderboards
• Access bridge-related quizzes and educational content
• Discover bridge clubs and organizations
• View player profiles and rankings

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information, especially in partner finder requests or player profiles
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code that could damage or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our express written permission
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users through the forum, messaging, or any other communication features
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or submit to the Service ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you post and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.

6. Forum and Community Guidelines

Our forum is designed to foster constructive discussion and community engagement. When participating in forums, you agree to:

• Be respectful and courteous to all members
• Stay on topic and contribute meaningfully to discussions
• Not post duplicate content or spam
• Not engage in personal attacks or harassment
• Respect the privacy of other users
• Report inappropriate content or behavior

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any forum posts that violate these guidelines or these Terms, without prior notice.

7. Partner Finder Service

The Partner Finder feature allows users to connect with potential bridge partners. By using this service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your skill level, location, and preferences
• Respect the privacy and boundaries of other users
• Not use the service for any purpose other than finding bridge partners
• Not share personal contact information publicly on the platform
• Exercise caution when meeting partners in person and meet in public, safe locations

MyBridge360 is not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. We do not verify the identity or credentials of users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

Tournament information, player rankings, and other data are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIDGE360 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyBridge360 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any User Content you post or transmit through the Service

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature, if available.
