- The event is organized by the Cricket Club of India, Mumbai, under the auspices of the Bridge Federation of India.
- It is a Swiss pairs format tournament, over 3 days (from 19-21th December) with qualifying rounds and then final league / gold & silver stages.
- Prize money is Rs. 8 lacs, with two Final league Groups” (Group 1, Group 2 ) and special prizes for ladies, mixed pairs, and for club members.
